Legalisation Process
Documents to be legalised for use in Kuwait need first to be sent to the Foreign & Commonwealth Office to be apostilled and then presented to the Arab-British Chamber of Commerce for attestation before being sent to the Embassy of Kuwait.

The fee payable is £55 per document.

One working week.
Notes/Comments
The Kuwaiti Embassy will not legalise documents for companies incorporated outside the UK.
There may be an ad valorem charge to legalise certain commercial documents, such as invoices and certificates of origin.
